I find that the broth could use a little more flavor as I like stronger chicken flavors, so I typically add a small spoonful of chicken flavored Better Than Bouillon from the fridge. Also, baby bella mushrooms make for another flavorful addition to the dish. We love to eat this with some toasted Italian bread!
