In reply to Ashlee. You could add a little extra chicken broth and another tablespoon or two of butter to make it a bit more saucy. That would be my recommendation. You'll have to taste and adjust seasonings, but you'll already have everything on hand.

Flavors were amazing but it seemed to run out of liquid too quickly at the end, which made it hard for us to put over pasta. Any suggestions on how best to make it a bit more saucy?

This was wonderful. We paired it with toasted sourdough bread. It was also great as leftovers the next day.

Excellent recipe! I followed it to the letter on ingredients. I did one change on technique: after pounding chicken I cut into bite sized pieces. I did this because 2 of us were sharing a half recipe. I added cooked spaghetti noodle for the last 2 min. Huge hit! Thank you!
