Ew. So – I found your classic recipe and went with it. I was a bit skeptical as it seemed almost TOO basic. But it is a WINNER! Loved the tip about not over mixing. I have a busy few days ahead and now with a quick smear of cream cheese, breakfast is ready for the week!
